In 2017 I received a Hulk statue as a gift from a friend and I was totally intrigued! The thought process behind the beautiful sculpt, the amazing anatomy, the brilliance of the paints, which are painstakingly individually hand painted. Since then in the span of a little more than 2 years, the collection has grown into over 100 statues displayed in a gallery.

The collecting journey is truly exhilarating! I have found a new love and appreciation for collecting Fine Arts Collectibles and the amazing people that we meet along the way. Come end 2018, I came to realize that as a collector and liquor distributor by profession I could add more value to other fellow collectors. I have been involved in the liquor distribution business for many years with my father Tiago and it was perhaps only inevitable to combine my business experience in the liquor distribution business together with the love of collecting to make these high-end statues more accessible to everyone. 'Symbiote Premium Collectibles' was thus born.

Symbiote’s main objective is to make these extremely premium products more affordable and accessible to everyone, helping fellow collectors grow their collections while sharing our common passion. I have already met some amazing people in this hobby along the journey and look forward to meeting other passionate collectors like yourself. I strongly believe that with the right team behind me, we can make XM Studios one of the leading pop culture brands in South Africa!
